Community Centre and Rentals

The Michipicoten Memorial Community Centre (MMCC) is a multi-use facility containing:

• Arena 
• Curling Rink
• Banquet Hall and Lounge
• Meeting Rooms 
• Gym and Fitness Facilities 
• Dance Studio

Sports Fields

The MMCC has a variety of outdoor sports fields available for use, including a 400 meter walking and running track, soccer fields, and tennis/pickleball courts.

The track was completely redone in the summer of 2023, thanks to support from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Curling Rink

The MMCC Curling Rink hosts the Wawa Curling Clubs.

There are three weekly leagues:

• Mens’
• Womens'
• and Mixed.

Banquet Hall and Lounge

The MMCC has space available for your next special event. To book an event, please call Reception at 705-856-2244 and a staff member will help you make arrangements

Meeting Room

The MMCC also hosts professional space for your next meeting. To book an event, please call Reception and a staff member will help you make arrangements

Gym and Fitness Facilities

The MMCC has a gym open to the public with weight and cardio equipment. To book an appointment to view the facility and our equipment , please call 705-856-2244 Ext. 240. 

Dance Studio

The MMCC hosts Defined Movement Dance, and has space for private rental as well.
